I've been successfully using Icon on a Unix platform (DGUX) for small
programming jobs related to Geographical Information Processessing (GIS)
and some text processing. We are moving to a Windows NT platform. Will I be
able to use Unicon in this environment? I'm especially concerned about
gathering a good set of software tools to ensure that our move from Unix to
NT is as painless as possible, and I hope that I can continue to use Icon.
I guess I can always resort to Perl which seems to enjoy good support on NT
and fot that matter straight Icon will work, but I'm not sure about those
POSIX extensions.
